Please read these terms carefully before using the dn999 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dn999 ("dn999", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the dn999 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services. By accessing or using the dn999 platform in any way — including browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Collusion, fraud, money laundering, and abuse of promotions are strictly prohibited and result in permanent account closure.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To open and maintain a dn999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. dn999 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of local applicable laws that may set a different minimum age.
- You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human entities may not register accounts.
- You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a person employed by dn999 or any of its affiliated third-party game providers.
- You must not be self-excluded from the platform or subject to any active exclusion or restriction order applied by dn999 under its Responsible Gaming procedures.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and KYC verification. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
dn999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, the account will be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings accrued while ineligible are not payable and may be voided at dn999's sole discretion.
2. Account Registration and Verification
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the dn999 platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. dn999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is identified, all associated accounts will be permanently closed without notice and any balances, pending withdrawals, or accrued bonuses will be voided.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dn999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You must:
- Keep your password private and not share it with any third party, including friends or family members.
- Notify dn999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
- Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
KYC Verification
dn999 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. dn999 will not charge fees for KYC verification.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the dn999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dn999 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no upper limit on deposits subject to any limits applied by your mobile wallet provider.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. dn999 may add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes of the transaction completing on your wallet, contact support immediately with the transaction reference number.
- dn999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the dn999 account holder.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. dn999 does not process withdrawals to a different account or wallet than the one used to fund the dn999 account.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for verified accounts. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
- dn999 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard AML compliance measure and does not imply that the withdrawal will be refused.
dn999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, over which dn999 has no control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
dn999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Players who attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will have all associated winnings voided.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are subject to a default rollover requirement unless the promotion states otherwise. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash, until the rollover is satisfied.
- dn999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, any modification will not retrospectively affect that credited amount.
- Players who dn999 believes are exploiting promotional terms — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, systematic withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine recreational play, or bonus stacking — may have their promotional eligibility suspended or have winnings derived from exploitative play voided.
In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the outcome of dn999's own records will be treated as definitive. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or withheld should contact support within 14 days of the relevant transaction date.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the dn999 platform are sourced from licensed third-party providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible directly within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. dn999 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game mechanics or rules.
All RNG-based games on the platform use certified random number generation systems audited by independent testing laboratories. dn999 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not operate games with artificially suppressed payout rates. Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game round, the following applies:
- In the event of a technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally, the round may be voided and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
- dn999 is not responsible for losses caused by network interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or device malf unctions on the player's side. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable connection before placing wagers.
- In the case of live dealer games streamed by third-party providers, the rules and outcomes determined by the provider's systems are final. dn999 does not have the ability to override or alter live game results.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dn999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Using the platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or funnel proceeds of criminal activity through betting or withdrawal activity.
- Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of games, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting patterns intended to guarantee mutual profit.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, harvest bonuses, or interact with the platform in a way that simulates human play without genuine human input.
- Registering multiple accounts, providing false identity documentation, or impersonating another person for the purpose of circumventing KYC checks, account restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or in any third-party game to obtain an unfair advantage or to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
dn999 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily restricted. The outcome of dn999's investigation will be final and not subject to external review by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the dn999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dn999 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms confers upon any player any right, title, or interest in dn999's intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content available on the dn999 platform without prior written authorisation from dn999.
The dn999 brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of the dn999 name or brand in any commercial or non-commercial context — including social media impersonation, affiliate sites using the brand without authorisation, or phishing communications using the dn999 name — is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dn999 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of account balance due to ineligibility or prohibited conduct findings, or losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond dn999's reasonable control. dn999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed to exclude or limit dn999's liability for death or personal injury caused by dn999's own gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by dn999, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. The limitations in this clause reflect a fair allocation of risk between dn999 and its players.
9. Responsible Gaming
dn999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity. dn999 strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction and requires KYC verification to prevent underage access. 10. Amendments and Governing Law

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Continued use after that date will be treated as acceptance regardless of whether you have read the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any single provision does not affect the validity of the Terms as a whole.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dn999 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any translation thereof, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.
