Responsible Gaming — dn999
Gaming at dn999 is meant to be entertaining. We provide the tools, guidance, and support every player in Bangladesh needs to stay in control and play safely.
Our Approach to Responsible Gaming
dn999 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is fair, transparent, and safe for every player across Bangladesh. We believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment and recreation — never a financial burden or a source of personal distress. Our responsible gaming programme is built around a simple principle: players who feel informed, supported, and in control make better decisions and enjoy the platform more.
This page outlines the responsible gaming tools available to all dn999 players, the warning signs of problem gambling to watch for, our strict 21+ age policy, and how to reach our support team if you or someone you know needs help. We encourage every player — whether they are just joining from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or anywhere else in Bangladesh — to read this page and make use of the tools it describes.

Player Protection Tools
dn999 gives every registered player access to a suite of self-management tools. All of the tools below are available free of charge, directly through your account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team. Tools take effect immediately unless otherwise noted.
-
Deposit Limit Define the maximum amount you can deposit within a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day window. Limits can be reduced instantly; increases take 24 hours to activate, giving you time to reconsider.
-
Session Time Limit Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When your limit is reached, a notification appears and your session ends automatically, helping prevent extended unplanned play.
-
Cool-Off Period Take a short break from gambling — choose 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cool-off, your account remains open but you cannot make deposits or place bets.
-
Self-Exclusion Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from dn999. Exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinite are available. Contact support to activate this tool immediately.
-
Account Statement Request a detailed account statement at any time showing all transactions, session durations, and net gaming activity for any date range you specify.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone. The following are common warning signs that gambling may be becoming harmful. If you recognise one or more of these signs in yourself or someone close to you, we encourage you to use dn999's self-management tools or contact our support team right away.
- Spending more money on gambling than you can realistically afford to lose, or borrowing money to fund gambling activity.
- Feeling unable to stop gambling even when you want to, or continuing to play to try to win back money you have already lost.
- Lying to family members or close friends about how much time or money you spend on gambling.
- Gambling to cope with stress, anxiety, loneliness, or depression rather than for entertainment.
- Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities, or personal health because of time spent on gambling.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling, or constantly thinking about the next gambling session.
Age Restriction: 21+ Only
dn999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to all gaming products, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games, is restricted to players who are 21 years of age or older. This restriction is applied without exception across the entire platform, regardless of the type of game, bet size, or promotional offer involved.
During account registration, dn999 collects date-of-birth information and reserves the right to request additional identity documents to confirm age at any point. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be voided, and the matter will be handled in accordance with dn999's Terms and Conditions.
Understanding the Odds
All games on the dn999 platform are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino products, governed by verified real-world dealing procedures. This means that no outcome can be predicted, controlled, or guaranteed by any player or by dn999. The house edge — a built-in mathematical advantage that ensures the platform remains sustainable over time — applies to every game on the platform.
It is important to approach all gaming activity on dn999 with the following in mind:
- Only ever gamble with money you can afford to lose — treat it as the cost of entertainment, not an investment.
- Set a budget before each session and stop playing once your budget is reached, regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
- Never chase losses. Increasing your bets to recover previous losses is one of the most common ways gambling becomes harmful.
- Take regular breaks during gaming sessions, especially during long play periods. Short pauses help keep perspective and improve decision-making.
Getting Help and Support
If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your life, your relationships, your finances, or your mental health, please do not hesitate to reach out. dn999's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist players across Bangladesh — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Our team can help you activate self-exclusion, set limits, or simply provide a confidential conversation about the options available to you.
All responsible gaming enquiries are handled with complete confidentiality. Requesting help will never result in your account being treated differently or your access to legitimate services being restricted without your consent. Our goal is to support you — not to penalise you for seeking help.

Responsible Gaming Policy Summary
dn999's responsible gaming policy governs how we approach player protection across the entire platform. The full policy is integrated into our Terms and Conditions. The following is a plain-language summary of the key commitments dn999 makes to every player in Bangladesh.
No Marketing to Vulnerable Players
dn999 does not send promotional communications to players who have activated a cool-off period, are in self-exclusion, or whose account has been flagged by our responsible gaming monitoring system as showing indicators of problem behaviour. We also do not target players with bonus offers during periods when they are attempting to reduce their gambling activity.
Fair and Transparent Bonuses
All bonuses and promotions offered by dn999 are accompanied by clear, plainly written terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. dn999 does not offer bonuses that are designed to be practically impossible to complete, and we do not impose hidden conditions that prevent legitimate withdrawals by players who have met the stated terms.
Ongoing Monitoring
dn999 uses automated systems to monitor player behaviour patterns for indicators of problem gambling. Where these systems identify a player who may be experiencing difficulties, dn999 may proactively reach out with information about available tools, or temporarily restrict deposits while a review is conducted. These interventions are carried out in the player's best interests and with full respect for their privacy.
Play Responsibly with dn999
Gaming should be fun. When you play within your means and use the tools dn999 provides, it stays that way. Explore the platform — or visit our FAQ for more guidance. 21+ only.
